Requirements
- Sullivan County residents only
- Photo ID required as proof of residency
- Pets must be 3 months or older
- Owners must clean up after their pets
- Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier
- Aggressive dogs must be muzzled
- Please bring prior proof of rabies vaccination with you
